No it’s true. Leafs announced he was out yesterday because of personal reasons. |

Buffalo had the benefit of an easy October schedule, but have lost three of their last four games.
Has it been really that much easier? Besides playing the Bs twice an the Lightning once, it doesn't seem that much harder. Buffalo did open the season against the Pens before all their injuries. Both teams have played 14 games where Buffalo has played 8 away games including a 3 game trip to California and 2 in a row at NY and then at Detroit, where the Leafs have played 5 away games without being away for more than 1 before playing at home again.
Not trying to discredit the Leafs because they have played a lot also, but calling it an easy schedule with that many games in a short time including 2 roadtrips isn't an easy schedule for any team. |

Uhm yes
They’ve had one back to back. One.
They’ve only played against 4 playoff teams. One being SJ twice
Yes they have had an easier schedule than the rest of the league. |

You like to hang around and continuously bring up the defense we are well aware is nothing special.
We get it, dude. |

You’d like Muzzin and dermott to be healthy.

Was just referencing tonight specifically -
You don't want to have MM play with Barrie that's gonna be an adventure...
Because Philly is on the B2B you could get away with Dermott with Barrie and put
MM with Holl and keep them on the low side minute wise and just ride the top 4 for as long as possible tonight. |

From the last game i thought barrie and reilly were fine together. Why not pair them and play them 25 to 28 min. Put dermott with holl and gove them 20ish. And pray that ceci and marincin dont (frank) up the other 12 to 15.
Ps. Liljegren and sandin are looking good with the 7-0-2 marlies.
If domingue went for a 7th, maybe we can find a backup goalie for the red hot 4 point in 1 game marlie petan and a late pick. |

Would be nice but might be too much to ask of Dermott in his second game back from serious injury. |

They're looking fantastic.
Liljegren is starting to get points on top of playing great hockey now. Love to see it. |

I know this is against the norm for a contending team, but would it make sense to trade ceci at the deadline for a pick and run with the kids on d, to compliment the big 3 and dermott? Holl would be the other dman. |

Sure is! 50-22 are the shots atm. 3rd just about over.
If Draisaitl gets the GWG in OT that would be wonderful for my fantasy team. |
